Booking Confirmation and Deposit Payments:

50% deposit payment of on your wedding quotation is required to secure the date and catering of your wedding.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you wish to cancel your wedding catering, the following conditions apply: Cancellations must be received in writing: • More than 4 months prior – full refund of your deposit payment • 2 – 4 months prior – 50% of your deposit will be refunded • 1 month prior – full deposit will be forfeited.

Minimum Numbers:

All package prices are based on a minimum number of guests depending on your preferred location. Should your guests numbers fall under this you will charge based on the agreed minimum number of guests. All pre-order and dietary requirements must be ordered 7 days before your wedding date and will confirm the minimum number to be charged. After this date increases will be accepted but any decreased will be charged in full.

Additional Hours:

Should you wish to extend your wedding reception past midnight a further £200.00 per additional hour will be charged and is payable immediately at the end of your function unless pre arranged and paid for in your final payment. Additional hire includes waiting staff on the night.

Late Licenses:

Bertorelli Mincing Lane and Fetter Lane have late licenses available until 3am – additional hire charges after midnight apply as stated above. Bertorelli Soho has a late licence until 1am.

Dietary requirements:

We cater for all special dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten free and lactose intolerant. If you have any special dietary requirements please advise and we will be happy to assist.

Halal:

We allow external caterers to provide food for Kosher events, but this will incur a facilities fee of £10 per person. But please note that they won’t have access to the kitchen and this can not be for the entire guest list. No external catering is permitted for exclusive hire

Table plan and place card:

We can provide easel for your table plan and place cards with no additional charge.

Children:

Our venues are child friendly and are welcome to stay in the restaurant until close with the supervision of their parents. Children’s menus available at £5.95 + service charge (4-12years old)

Deliveries:

Deliveries of all types must be agreed in advance with the restaurant manager. Deliveries of cakes, flowers etc must be no earlier than 24 hours in advance of the wedding date.

Disabled Access:

Available at Bertorelli Mincing Lane and Fetter Lane with disabled bathroom facilities on site. No disabled access on the upper level at Bertorelli Soho.

Smoking:

Only permitted outside the restaurant as no smoking is allowed in our restaurant facilities.
