TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Reservations are subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
I. In these Terms and Conditions the ‘Client’ is the person booking an event.
II. An event is only confirmed once the events team / restaurant is in receipt of the signed contract and agreed deposit terms are adhered to.
Deposit Terms
III. Private room - Unless previously arranged with the UK Sales Manager a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required in order to secure a reservation. All outstanding balances must be paid in advance or on the day of the event unless prior agreement with UK Sales Manager.
IV. Exclusive Use– We require a deposit of 50% of the agreed minimum spend. Any remaining balance must be settled 7 days in advance unless prior agreement has been made with the UK Sales Manager. All additional extras to be settled on the day in full
V. All bookings shall remain provisional and are not guaranteed until a deposit is taken and written confirmation received by the client.
VI. Confirmation of final numbers is required seven days prior to the event.
VII. Any deposit is refundable only at the discretion of the UK Sales Manager
Cancellation policy
VIII. Any cancellation or change in numbers by the client less than 5 days prior to the event will be charged in full
IX. If the name of the client and the name of the person responsible for payment are different from the person making the reservation, the Restaurant should be notified at the time of booking.
X. Should the nature of the event be different from the nature of the event declared at the time of booking, the restaurant may with absolute discretion and without giving reason refuse to let the premises to the client.
XI. The Restaurant reserves the right to make a charge for events that run over the agreed time.
XII. Any damage to the property of the Restaurant by guests during an event will be charged for along with any loss of earnings as a result of the said damage or disruption. This is at the discretion of the restaurant.
XIII. Only the Restaurant’s chosen Security Company may be present inside, and on the doors of the Restaurant, at any time. Should the client need to bring in additional security for any reason, the UK Sales Manager must be notified and arrangements will then be made at their discretion.
XIV. All movement of furniture in the Restaurant must be agreed with the General Manager of the restaurant prior to the event. This is to ensure that the furniture does not get damaged, and is not placed or stored within the parameters which are reserved right of ways for fire escapes.
XV. No contractors and sub contractors may enter the building without prior approval from the Corporate Sales Manager.
XVI. The Restaurant will be under no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury to the client’s property, or the property of the client’s guests or other persons for whom the client is responsible.
XVII. All prices are charged at the current rate of VAT. A discretionary Service Charge will be added to the booking at pre agreed rate identified on the contract.
XVIII. Prices are subject to revision, but are guaranteed up to one month prior to the event. Wines, beers, spirits and other consumables are subject to availability and the Restaurant reserves the right to provide alternative wine, beers, spirits and other consumables without notice.
XIX. The UK Sales Manager will approve all invitations to events at the Restaurant; we would like to suggest that all invites include our logo, correct address and telephone number.
XX. Force Majeure; If due to war, industrial action, lock outs, strikes, accidents, fire, blockades, power shortages, natural catastrophe, or other such obstacles, ones which the Restaurant has no control, the Restaurant and Paramount Restaurants will not be held responsible for any loss or damage, which may be incurred by the client as a result of this failure.
XXI. The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse admission to the restaurant should any guest be deemed drunk or unruly.
